Our new parent FAQ is located here.
All of our pack operations are managed through Scoutbook. Once you are a member of the pack you will be added to Scoutbook and get access to our calendaring, messaging, and advancement tracking tool.

Our recommendation is that you visit the Scout Store at the Atlanta Area Council, and someone there will walk you through all that is needed. You may also use http://www.scoutstuff.org for online shopping.
Here at Pack 175 we focus on your Scout having the following minimum uniform elements:
Shorts, pants, socks, etc. are also available, but are not necessary. Any decent navy blue shorts will suffice.
Note that we have a decently healthy "swap and shop" program where our parents donate den-specific neckerchiefs, slides, and hats as they move up year over year. Ask your den leader if there are any items available and you might get these for free!
Information regarding the placement of patches, insignia, and other recognition can be found here.
We hold an annual pack camping trip in October at our very own Camp 175 on the shores of Lake Allatoona. We also encourage each Den to hold an additional camping trip at some point during the year (location of their choosing).
Each Scout must complete a BSA Youth application at the beginning of the year. We require all leaders (Den Leaders, Committee Leads, Management, etc.) to complete a BSA Adult application. All parents and guardians are encouraged to spend 20 minutes and take Youth Protection Training.
While we work out some issues with online payments, our preferred method of payment is using a check or money order made out to Cub Scout Pack 175. Please give your check to a den leader, Cubmaster, or the pack treasurer at a den or pack meeting. Activity fees must be paid by October 1.
